    Answer: Please contact ClickBank directly and ask why your receipt was not delivered. (support@clickbank.com) Inside your receipt will be a secondary link that will allow you to complete your download.   3. How do I get my ClickBank Nickname ID?
    Answer: 
    Simple! Once you've placed your order with us, you'll be presented with a web page 
that has a form to fill out. You'll use this page to "Complete Your Order". 

On it just click on the link for ClickBank and a new window will open. All you have 
to do then is to click the "Sign Up Now" button and fill out the form. You'll get your 
free Affiliate Nickname ID within minutes. Then return to the complete your order form
and paste or type your Affiliate Nickname ID into the form.

You'll then need to verify your email address by going to your email and immediately

  4. I can't get back to the order form to complete my order, how do I get there?

  5. What if I don't get the email saying my site is done?

  6. How do I opt-out from receiving anything else from you?

    Answer: The site is now done and running! There's nothing additional you need to do. All of the technical things have been handled, you'll just need to work on bringing traffic to your site. You'll receive your Members Super Center sign-in information immediately upon completing your sign up with Forced Money. Then within your Members Super Center you'll find your new Web site's address.

  3. What should I do once you've finished setting the site up?

  4. Can I use my own domain name with the site?

  6. What site domain do I use with Google AdWords?
    Answer: You may use 1MillionDollarsInGoogleAdsFree.com as your display URL, and your full affiliate URL as your destination URL. This is perfectly legal and not against Google’s TOS. As long as your core domain name "1MillionDollarsInGoogleAdsFree.com" is the same you’re okay.

  7. Can I add my own products or banners to the site?
